The space offers plenty of car and cycle parking, with pedestrian access to the nearby Cambridge North train station.

Cavendish House was designed for flexible-hybrid working, with meeting room AV for a great experience whether you're at home or in the office, and dedicated social and collaborative space.

The coolest part is our building is fossil fuel free and utilizes a rainwater harvesting system which is used for flushing toilets and other non-potable water needs.
